1.I found that the first editorial," Columbia Council Should Support Mission, Homeless," to be the most rhetorically effective piece. The exigence of the piece is the immediate need to address the issues present for the homeless person and attempt to help them. The article approaches many constraints of readers in the way it touches on all sides of the topic. The author touches on the points of needing to expand the mission for the homeless and the effects the surrounding community feels such an expansion will cause.
